PHASE 01
BEFORE WORK BEGINS
We review submittals, specs, and the approved AHA, confirm materials and qualifications are on hand, and brief the crew on the standard the work has to meet.
PHASE 02
AT FIRST WORK IN PLACE
We inspect the initial installation against contract requirements, set the level of workmanship for the feature, and catch deficiencies early.
PHASE 03
THROUGH COMPLETION
We perform continuing checks to hold that standard, track and close deficiencies, and keep the daily reports and records your contract requires.
