• 20 Years Large Construction Project and atleast 10 Years in Senior Leadership position on projects exceeding 5 million dollars.
• Thorough familiarity with all project documentation requirements for all federal, military, and other significant construction owners and capable of performing and delivering full project life cycle paperwork without assistance.
• Thorough familiarity with Safety and Quality requirements of major construction market.
• Comprehensive understanding of Submittals,Change Order, RFI, Reporting, Billing, and subtractor management processes.
• Savvy logisitics professional.

Minimum Certifications:

• 30-hour OSHA Safety
• Council on Certification of Health, Environmental and Safety Technologists Safety Trained Supervisors (STS)
• US Army Corps of Engrs - Construction Qualtiy Mgmt for Contractors
• Assn. of Construction Inspectors - Certified Construction Project Manager
